Studio Gauthier is ‘a serious Gauthier restaurant’ with a short, super seasonal, bistro-ish menu, grounded in Alexis Gauthier’s Cote D’Azur roots. Bright Vegetables are celebrated unashamedly and given simple co-stars. Nowadays however, influences have begun to seep in from cuisines much further afield, with hints of Middle East, Israeli, Mexico and Japan all jostling for attention.
The Studio Tasting menu is available eveings from 6pm only, the 123V A la Carte Menu is available at all times.
