For two nights only, something truly special is coming to Studio Gauthier. Join us on 10th & 11th June as we welcome guest chef and food influencer @Hermann for an exclusive collaboration menu that celebrates bold, plant-based creativity and deeply comforting flavours.

Julius Fiedler is a filmmaker-turned-content-creator on a clear mission: to promote an unprocessed, more natural approach to plant-based food.

After moving to the UK from Germany in 2017, Julius’ career in food began to take flight during the Covid pandemic, when he hosted free online sourdough baking classes under the name “Baking Hermann”. He then went on to become one of Jamie’s food stylists at Jamie Oliver HQ, before deciding to focus on his own food channels.

His videos now attract millions of views across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and explore traditional dishes from around the world that just happen to be vegan, many of which he learns directly from local cooks in his well-documented travels for his YouTube series. Fuelled by the premise that everything we eat affects nature, he is hopeful that these dishes, having stood the test of time and being in tune with nature, will lead us towards a more sustainable vegan diet. He is a proud ambassador for Slow Food, and has recently written his award-winning debut book Naturally Vegan.

Step into a one-night culinary journey across continents with an extraordinary plant-based tasting menu created by one of the most respected voices in the global vegan dining scene. Known for redefining what plant-based cuisine can be, this acclaimed chef and influencer brings together bold tradition, modern creativity, and unforgettable flavour in an immersive dining experience.

Begin with the irresistible crunch of Pani Puri from India — delicate sooji flour puffs filled with vibrant yellow pea ragda — followed by warm Venezuelan Arepas served with silky, herbaceous guasacaca sauce.

Travel onward to China with refreshing Liang Fen mung bean jelly noodles dressed in black vinegar, soy, and chilli, before indulging in Indonesia’s deeply comforting Tahu Tempeh Bacem — braised tofu and tempeh infused with tamarind, galangal, and coconut.

The heart of the evening arrives with Shish Andaz, a rich Persian walnut and aubergine stew paired with Turkish orzo rice pilaf, celebrating the warmth and generosity of Middle Eastern hospitality.

To finish, enjoy Castagnaccio, the rustic Tuscan chestnut cake — earthy, elegant, and perfectly satisfying.
