Studio Gauthier is ‘a serious Gauthier restaurant’ with a short, super seasonal, bistro-ish menu, grounded in Alexis Gauthier’s Cote D’Azur roots. Bright Vegetables are celebrated unashamedly and given simple co-stars. Nowadays however, influences have begun to seep in from cuisines much further afield, with hints of Middle East, South America and Japan all jostling for attention.
